The Grantsville City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 15, 2026, to consider a proposed Master Development Agreement for the Deseret Subdivision, according to a September 4 statement.
The meeting, which was set for 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall, was intended to receive public input and consider action regarding an agreement with VT Grantsville Land Co, LLC.
The discussion was organized in accordance with Utah Code Sections §10-20-205 and §10-20-208. The meeting was scheduled to be broadcast via Zoom.
An agenda and packet were made available online by 5:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026. The city requested that all comments and concerns be submitted in writing via email or mail by 12:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026.
