The City of Draper has issued several public notices regarding various requests and ordinance adoptions, according to information posted to the city's website.
Notices for public hearings included requests for a Bangerter Crossroads site plan, a Snow zoning map amendment, and a subdivision plat amendment for Camden Park Phase 1. Other requests involved home occupation conditional use permits for Blueprints and Blossoms, LLC. and Rusty’s Pitmasters Barbecue, LLC. Additionally, requests were noted for a Wise Flooring site plan and parking deviation, an SSVM development agreement, land use map amendments, zoning map amendments, and an Exchange 14068 South 145 East development agreement.
The city also issued notices for the adoption of ordinances. Ordinance #1736 was noted for amending Chapter 9-11 of the Draper City Municipal Code regarding residential units in the town center. Ordinance #1734 was noted for amending Title 3 of the Draper City Municipal Code regarding the structure and procedures of the Planning Commission as required by state law.
