Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to consider a development agreement and multiple map amendment requests, according to an August 27 statement. The proposed changes involve a property located at approximately 11511 S. 700 W.
The request seeks approval for a development agreement to allow the property to be developed into four lots featuring a 26-foot wide private roadway. Additionally, the request includes amending the Land Use Map from a Residential Low-Medium Density designation to a Residential Medium Density designation. The Zoning Map would also be amended from the RA1 zone to the R3 zone.
