Draper City will hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit request for Blueprints and Blossoms, LLC., according to a August 27 statement.
The request involves a home occupation at a property located at approximately 67 E. Bella Monte Dr. The proposed business aims to operate a cottage business producing floral arrangements and baked goods.
The hearing is scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at Draper City Hall.
