Draper City announced in a notice published August 27 that a public hearing will be held to consider a zoning map amendment request for the Snow area. The Planning Commission will review a proposal to change the zoning designation for a property located at approximately 960 E. New Hope Dr.
The request seeks to change the property's zoning from RA1 to RA2. This would move the designation from residential agricultural with a 40,000 square foot minimum lot size to residential agricultural with a 20,000 square foot minimum lot size.
The hearing is scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. It will take place in the City Council Chambers at Draper City Hall.
