The Farmington City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at City Hall, according to a notice published September 15.
The meeting will include a work session starting at 6:30 PM, followed by a regular session at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers located at 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah.
The agenda includes a public hearing regarding a request from Garbett Homes for a Schematic Subdivision and an amendment to a Project Master Plan and Development Agreement. The applicant is seeking to modify the R1 Sage Townhomes project at approximately 1771 W 950 N to include a front load garage product with private backyards instead of the original rear load product with more common area.
