The Salt Lake County Planning Commission and the Salt Lake County Mountainous Planning District Planning Commission scheduled public hearings to discuss proposed amendments to the Salt Lake County land use fee schedule, according to a July 30 notice.
The Salt Lake County Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 8:30 AM. The meeting will be held at 2001 S. State Street, N1-110, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.
The Salt Lake County Mountainous Planning District Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM. This meeting will also take place at 2001 S. State Street, N1-110, Salt Lake City, UT 84114.
During the hearings, a summary of the amendments will be presented, followed by public comments, discussion, and a vote for a recommendation to the County Council. Public comments are limited to three minutes per person.
The public can participate in the hearings in person or via live broadcast using Cisco Webex. For those needing special accommodations during the public hearing, officials requested contact three days before the hearing.
