The Eureka City Council scheduled a work meeting for Monday, Sept. 14, according to a Sept. 13 notice. The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at 15 North Church Street in Eureka.
According to the meeting agenda, several discussion items are scheduled for the session. These include discussions involving Community Advisor Jess Peterson and City Engineer Dan Fechner. Other agenda items include an Andy Camarena surplus land purchase, the WUI Ordinance and Map, and a project involving street signs, sidewalks, and a cemetery memorial. The council also plans to review consent agenda items, including minutes from the Aug. 24, 2026, Council Meeting, the August 2026 Treasurer's Report, and claims against the city from Aug. 14, 2025, to Sept. 17, 2026.
The meeting is expected to conclude by 7:00 p.m. Individuals requiring special accommodations for the meeting may notify the Eureka City Office at 435-433-6915 at least three working days prior to the meeting.
