The South Jordan City Planning Commission scheduled an in-person meeting for Tuesday, August 25, 2026, to review specific development plans, according to a notice published August 13.
The meeting is set to begin at 6:30 PM at the South Jordan City Hall, located at 1600 W. Towne Center Drive, South Jordan, Utah.
The purpose of the meeting is to review and receive public input on the Park Place Phase 5 Preliminary Subdivision, identified as PLPP202600059, located at 11011 S 1055 W. The applicant for this subdivision is Derek Rindlisbacher.
Attendees may join the meeting virtually via Zoom. Instructions for virtual attendance are available at https://www.sjc.utah.gov/planning-commission/. The City noted that the ability to connect and view the meeting depends on an individual's internet connection.
Public comment is permitted only in person or through written submissions. Written comments must be emailed to Greg Schindler at gschindler@sjc.utah.gov by 12:00 p.m. on August 25, 2026. Email attachments must be under 20 Mb in size.
