The Timpanogos School District scheduled three consecutive public hearings for Sept. 9, 2026, to gather public comment on potential grade configurations for various schools, according to an August 28 statement.
The hearings were to be held at 350 N State St, Lindon, UT 84042. The first hearing, scheduled for 6:00 PM, was to consider a 9th-12th grade configuration for Mountain View High School, Orem High School, Pleasant Grove High School, and Timpanogos High School.
A second hearing, scheduled for 6:05 PM or later, was intended to consider 6th-8th or 7th-8th grade configurations for Canyon View Junior High School, Lakeridge Junior High School, Oak Canyon Junior High School, Orem Junior High School, and Pleasant Grove Junior High School.
A third hearing, scheduled for 6:10 PM or later, was to consider K-5th grade configurations for the following elementary schools:

Centennial Elementary School
Central Elementary School
Cherry Hill Elementary School
Foothill Elementary School
Grovecrest Elementary School
Lindon Elementary School
Manila Elementary School

If the Board of Education approves these grade configurations, the changes would take effect beginning in the 2027-28 school year.
