The Nibley City Planning and Zoning Commission was scheduled to meet on Sept. 24, 2026, to discuss several municipal items, according to a September 18 notice. The meeting was set to include a joint workshop with the Nibley City Council regarding the Transportation Master Plan.
The scheduled meeting was set to begin at 6:30 PM MT at Nibley City Hall, located at 455 W 3200 S, Nibley, UT 84321-6337. The agenda for the Planning and Zoning Commission included the approval of meeting minutes from Aug. 13, 2026, and a public hearing regarding Ordinance 26-14. This ordinance involves amending NCC 19.24.090 and 19.28.060 to redesignate the appeal authority for certain land-use applications.
Additional agenda items for the Planning and Zoning Commission included a workshop on home occupation regulations and farm stands. The Nibley City Council was also scheduled to meet to discuss and consider the current agenda, with a scheduled adjournment for the council portion of the meeting at 8:00 PM MT.
The notice stated that the public could observe the proceedings live via a YouTube link on the Nibley City website or attend in person. Written comments for the commission were to be submitted to talonb@nibleycity.gov by 5:00 PM MT on the Wednesday preceding the meeting.
