Adele C. Young Intermediate School in Brigham City has announced that registration will be open from August 4 to August 18. All registration must be completed online.
New students moving to the community from another school district should select new student registration, while current 6th grade students who attended an elementary school within the Box Elder School District should use the current student registration option.
Parents must log in using a parent username and password to update contact information and sign required forms, including a health history form. For those coming from schools outside of Box Elder School District, the school requests that an appointment be made by calling the office before visiting.
Seventh grade students are required to have specific immunizations, including Tdap, Meningitis, and two Chicken Pox vaccines. Additionally, parents with students who have never registered for transportation in the district must request bus services through the Edulog parent app to ensure eligibility.
Additional or optional fees may include locker rental, music instrument rental, and P.E. clothing. Gym clothing can be purchased at the school. While fee waivers are available for locker and musical instrument rentals, families must submit an application and supporting documents to the school.
Checks may be mailed to ACYI Registration at 830 Law Drive, Brigham City, UT 84302. Those mailing checks should include the student's name and student ID number.
