Proposed Project Overview
Joanna Graham, an engineer representing Kimley-Horn, is requesting Conditional Use and Design Review approval for a QuikTrip Gas Station at 424 S Redwood Road. The site is on a split parcel in the MU-5 and M-1 Zoning Districts and is currently permitted as a used car dealership. The request is to modify the provisions for ground-floor glass and building entrances on the north side of the parcel, as required in the MU-5 Mixed Use 5 district. The intent of these modifications is to provide privacy and security for back-of-house employee-only operational areas. This property is located within City Council District 2, represented by Alejandro Puy.
