Three separate ordinances for property rezones have been adopted in Nephi. The ordinances change the zoning designations for multiple parcels within the city.
One ordinance rezoned a 0.21-acre parcel, identified as XA00-0394-11, located at the southwest corner of the intersection of 100 W and 200 N, from Central Commercial (CC) to the Combined Use 2 (CU2) zone.
A property located at approximately 180 N 200 W, identified as Parcel #: XA00-0396-, consisting of 0.70 acres, was rezoned from the R1-8 (Residential 1-8) zone to the CU2 zone.
Additionally, several properties were rezoned from the Central Commercial (CC) zone to the CU2 zone. These include:
140 W 100 N (Parcel #: XA00-0392-) consisting of 1.06 acres.
148 W 100 N (Parcel #: XA00-0393-2) consisting of 0.28 acres.
151 N 100 W (Parcel #: XA00-0394-21) consisting of 0.38 acres.
