The tournament featured a 3-game guarantee consisting of two pool play games and a single elimination bracket. For divisions with more than seven teams, the competition was split into two brackets on Saturday: the Legends bracket and the Sandlot bracket.
Participants in the Legends bracket competed for rings, while those in the Sandlot bracket competed for medals. The entry fee for all age divisions was $595, with payments accepted through Venmo via @CaptainsBaseball.
The tournament organizers established a 12-team limit per age division, with a maximum of six teams for the 14U division. Teams were advised to be prepared for games as early as 8:00 AM on Friday and Saturday.
Organizers specified that they did not want ringer teams and requested entries only from Silver or Bronze level talent. The host maintained the right to cancel registrations if a team was determined to be Gold level.
