The Grantsville City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 15, 2026, to consider a plat amendment for the Stansbury Shadows Phase 3 Subdivision, according to a September 4 notice.
The meeting, which was scheduled to take place at 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall, will include a discussion and public hearing regarding the second proposed plat amendment for the subdivision located approximately at 256 S Liberty Landing.
The hearing was organized to receive public input and consider action on the recommendation for the subdivision. The proceedings were scheduled to be broadcast on Zoom.
Interested parties could view the agenda and packet online by 5:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026. All comments or concerns had to be submitted in writing via mail or email and received no later than 12:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026.
The notice was issued by order of the Grantsville Planning Commission and signed by Zoning Administrator Shelby Moore.
