The Grantsville City Planning Commission scheduled a public hearing for September 15, 2026, to discuss a proposed rezone for a property in the Storybook Subdivision, according to a September 4 statement.
The meeting, which was scheduled for 7:00 p.m. at Grantsville City Hall, includes a public hearing to consider rezoning the property at 848 N Cooley Street from RR-2.5 to RR-1.
The proposed rezone would result in approximately 6.34 acres being zoned RR-1. The discussion and hearing are intended to receive public input regarding the recommendation for the property.
In accordance with Utah Code Sections 10-20-204 and 10-20-205, the meeting was scheduled to be broadcast via Zoom. An agenda and packet were made available online by 5:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026.
Public comments and concerns had to be submitted in writing via email or mail by 12:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026.
