An agenda for the Development Review Committee was released in a notice posted to the city's website. The meeting was scheduled to be held at 11:00 am in the Aspen Conference Room, located on the second floor of 56 North State Street.
The agenda included several preliminary and final plats. A preliminary plat for Funez Plat A is located generally at 115 N 800 West in the R8 zone. Additionally, a final plat for Valor Homes is located generally at 1301 W 400 South in the M2 zone.
Several administrative site plans were listed for review. These include plans for LUMEN P.099073 Part 3, located generally around 1042 W Center Street for fiber installation, and LUMEN P.099011 Part 1, located generally around 1528 N Main Street for fiber installation. Other site plans include the Police Wall, located generally around 56 N State Street, and the Carterville Bridge Decking Rehab, located around Carterville Road and University Parkway.
The meeting included the approval of minutes from the July 27th, 2026, DRC meeting. The next meeting was scheduled for August 24th, 2026.
