The American Fork City Development Review Committee scheduled a public hearing for September 14, 2026, according to a notice published August 25. The meeting will focus on a proposed amended plat for the North Pointe Business Park, Building C.
The public hearing is set to begin at 9:00 AM at the Public Works building, located at 275 East 200 North. During the hearing, the committee will consider an application for an Amended Final Plat for the North Pointe Business Park, Building C, situated at 825 E 1180 S in American Fork City.
The 5.06-acre property is located in the GC-2 Zone. The applicant proposes to condominiumize the existing office building into 14 units to meet requirements of Utah Code 10-20-811.
