The Heber City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a regular meeting on Nov. 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. According to a Nov. 5 notice, the meeting will take place in the Council Chambers upstairs at the Heber City Office Building, located at 75 North Main.
The meeting agenda includes several action items and public hearings. The commission will hold a public hearing for a development agreement for the Fortra Storage Expansion, presented by Senior Planner Jacob Roberts. Additionally, a public hearing is scheduled for the Sawmill Planned Community Mixed Use Development Phase 4B, presented by Planning Manager Jamie Baron.
Other items on the agenda include a consent agenda item to consider a plat amendment approval for Kimball Villas Phase 2, located at 1300 West 650 South, presented by Planner Jacob Roberts. The commission will also consider a text amendment addressing the undergrounding of existing utilities, presented by Planning Manager Jamie Baron.
The meeting will be held at 75 North Main, Heber City, UT 84032. Individuals may join the meeting in person in the City Council Chambers or online via a GoToMeeting link available at heberut.gov/Agendas. Ordinance 2006-05 allows commission members to participate via telecommunications media.
