One proposed amendment would add a section to Title 4 Health and Sanitation regarding smoking prohibitions in city parks, recreational areas, cemeteries, and near mass gatherings. The second proposed amendment involves changes to the sign ordinance located in Title 10 Land Use Regulations, specifically Chapters 40 and 62.
Additional agenda items include the approval of minutes from previous meetings, accounts payable disbursements, and a discussion led by Scott Wells regarding 4th Quarter Financials for June 2026. The meeting will also include department reports and a report from the City Manager/Recorder.
