Interested persons or property owners may submit written comments to the Vernal City Recorder at 374 East Main, Vernal, UT 84078. To be included in the public record, written comments must be received by 12:00 p.m. on September 2, 2026. Any written objections filed with the municipality will be provided to the legislative body for consideration.
