An addendum was issued on Monday, July 27, 2026, regarding the July 2026 American Dream Subdivision project in Vernal City. This document serves as a formal part of the contract documents for project UT-11547-25.
The addendum includes updates to several sections of the project manual. These include the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, Unit Price Bidding Schedule, General Conditions, and Measurement and Payment.
Changes were also made to multiple project drawings. Updates included adding gate valves and a waterline to profiles, adding a gate valve detail, and adding protect in place notes to existing keyed notes. Several sheets were renumbered or updated to ensure labels in the profile match plan view labels.
The bid for the project was scheduled for Friday, August 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Receipt of the addendum must be acknowledged in Document 00 41 00 – Bid Form.
