Springville Junior High School administration reported that students had a successful first week of school. According to an undated newsletter, students have been engaged and are learning to navigate the junior high environment.
The school has several events scheduled for late August. These include picture day, an evacuation drill, and a welcome back assembly. During picture day, parents may prepay for school pictures online, though hats and sunglasses are not permitted in school photos.
Additionally, the Springville High School drill team is holding fall auditions for students in grades 9 through 12 until September 1, 2026. For more details regarding auditions, individuals can contact ashlee.scott@nebo.edu.
Students are reviewing various school policies in math, science, and English classes through short videos created by the administrative team. These topics include attendance, bullying, cell phones, dress and appearance, safe schools, and substance abuse.
Administrators noted that students likely brought home disclosure documents regarding various course structures and policies. Parents are encouraged to review these documents and contact teachers with any questions.
The administration team for Springville Junior High School includes RaShel Anderson, Brittany Lundell, and Josh Bravo.
