Declining tax revenues tied to last winter’s poor snowfall are taking a toll on Summit County’s tourism economy. The Park City Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau has cut more than $1 million this year. A report released on Aug. 20 by University of Utah’s Kem C.
