Hyde Park City has added new forms to its website to assist residents with reporting various issues, according to a August 25 statement. The new digital tools allow for more direct reporting of community concerns.
The new forms include a way to report code concerns, such as animal issues, parking, nuisance, and property maintenance. Additionally, a maintenance issue form has been added for reporting items to Public Works, including streetlights, potholes, damaged signs, sidewalks, storm drains, and parks.
Residents can find these new forms located under the Contact tab on the Hyde Park City website at hpcutah.gov.
