The Bear River Water Conservancy District will hold a public hearing regarding the adoption of an updated Water Conservation Plan, according to a September 4 notice.
The hearing was scheduled for September 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. during a regular meeting in the Bear River Water Conservancy District Conference Room.
The meeting will be held at 102 West Forest Street, Brigham City, Utah. All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comment on the plan.
In accordance with Utah Code § 73-10-32(3)(b), the District is holding the hearing to address the updated plan. Copies of the proposed document are available for public inspection on the District's website or at the Bear River Water Conservancy District Office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
