The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 10, 2026, to address multiple applications and proposed code changes, according to a notice published August 27.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road. Agenda items include a commercial site plan amendment for the Walmart Fuel Station Dumpster Addition (PLZ-26-8028) at 13502 South Hamilton View Road, applied for by Jill Yaeger.
Additionally, the commission will review an application for the Jordan Credit Union Amended Site (PLZ-26-8025) at 2522 West 12600 South, submitted by Reid Wintersteen of CIR Engineering. The commission is also scheduled to discuss proposed changes to the Riverton City Code, Title 18 Land Use and Development.
The meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast live via audio and video.
