The Riverton City Planning Commission scheduled a meeting for August 27, 2026, to address multiple development applications, according to a notice published August 24.
The meeting, held at 12830 S. Redwood Road, included public hearings for three specific projects. These included an application by Dallis Quinn for a conditional use permit for a private lane at 1980 West 13400 South to provide access for up to three lots.
Additionally, the commission was set to review applications from John Davis and Ryan Harmison regarding OBO Auto Sales. This matter involved a conditional use permit and a commercial site plan for an auto dealer located at 2630 and 2610 West 12600 South.
A third hearing involved an application by Baylee Sandberg of Sage Homes for the approval of a preliminary residential subdivision known as South View Estates. The project involves up to 5 lots on approximately 3.55 acres at 13660 South 1300 West.
The meeting agenda also included the approval of minutes from the August 13, 2026, meeting.
