The Park City Planning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for Wednesday, September 9, 2026, according to a notice published August 24. The meeting is set to take place at the Marsac Municipal Building in the City Council Chambers.
A work session scheduled for 5:30 PM will address a redevelopment proposal for a five-acre site at the southwest corner of Kearns Boulevard and Bonanza Drive. The applicant proposes a mixed-use development consisting of 106 residential units, over 30,000 square feet of commercial and multidisciplinary art space, community green space, and an underground parking garage. No public comments will be taken during this work session, though the notice stated that comments may be sent to planning@parkcity.org.
The regular session will include several items for discussion, public hearing, and action. These include a plat amendment for 2667 Aspen Springs Drive to increase allowable floor area for converting crawl and mechanical space into living area, and a plat amendment for 268 Main Street to remove interior lot lines to create one 8,104-square-foot lot. Additionally, the commission will consider a conditional use permit for 555 King Road to construct a 639-square-foot outdoor swimming pool.
