The Moab City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to discuss a proposed development agreement for the properties located at 836 and 840 S Main Street. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit public input regarding a draft proposed development agreement for the project at 836 and 840 S Main Street, specifically involving Parcel 01-0012-0011 and 01-0012-0017. The agreement is proposed between 836 GP LLC and the City of Moab.
