The Milford City Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled a regular meeting for September 3, 2026, according to a notice posted August 30. The meeting is set to begin at 7:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office located at 26 South 100 West.
The meeting agenda includes the approval of minutes from the June 10, 2026, public hearing and regular meeting. Additionally, the commission is scheduled to conduct a development agreement review involving Bretten Lozano-White Rock Home Builders and hold a discussion regarding a Home Occupation Ordinance.
The city stated that efforts will be made to provide reasonable accommodations for disabled members of the public in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
