The Layton City Planning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to review a proposed rezoning of property located at approximately 181 and 215 West 2675 North, according to a September 9 notice.
The proposed change seeks to rezone approximately 1.566 acres from 'CP-2' (Planned Community Commercial) to 'M-1' (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). The hearing is scheduled for 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, located at 437 North Wasatch Drive.
