Layton Construction celebrated the opening of its new Denver Tech Center office with an evening featuring locally commissioned art and live music, according to a September 10 statement. The event marked a milestone for the company as it expands its presence in the Rocky Mountain region.
The new office space, located eight stories above the valley, was designed to reflect Colorado's landscapes and wildlife rather than a traditional construction office, according to Layton Executive Vice President Cris Bryant. The interior features artwork from local talent, including a bear mural created by Wes Abarca and antler art by Kit Hutchinson from Colorado Springs. The office design was developed in partnership with Denver art consultant Hall Helms.
Layton has been operating in the region for over 25 years, having established its first Denver office in 2019. This latest expansion in 2026 follows significant regional project work, such as the UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital completed earlier this year and AdventHealth Castle Rock. Upcoming projects include the Colorado Chamber of Commerce office expansion this fall and the completion of AdventHealth Castle Pines Canyonside late next winter.
Conor Ryan, Director of Business Development with Layton, stated that the event highlighted the success built through long-term relationships within the Denver community.
