LAYTON, Utah (ABC4) — Northrop Grumman opened a new manufacturing facility in Layton as production accelerates for B-21 Raider. Layton's East Gate Business Park is a long-term economic development initiative near Hill Air Force Base with the goal of attracting thousands of industrial and manufacturing jobs over the next decade.
