Jack Dallas Judkins passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 46, according to a report published by Castle Valley Funerals & Cremations.
Born on December 22, 1979, in Ogden, Utah, Judkins was the son of Kerry Earnest Judkins and Glenda Rae Brinkerhoff Hansen. He married Christy Marie Brakefield on December 27, 2007, in Ogden, Utah, after meeting her at a bus stop in 1998. The couple had four children: Kindra Daisie, Omni Xavier, Jack Ocean, and Isla Rein Judkins.
Judkins was known for his sense of humor and interest in intellectual, abstract conversations. His hobbies included fishing, wandering the desert to find rocks or treasures, and singing. He was also an avid reader of Shel Silverstein poetry.
A viewing and celebration of life was scheduled for September 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Castle Valley Funerals & Cremations, located at 720 N. Center Street in Castle Dale. He is survived by his wife, his children, his mother, and several siblings, including Heather Rae Otterstrom, Leslie Ann Judkins-Helmick, and Ariel Dawn Halton. He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.
