A summer STEM Camp opportunity has been announced for 4th and 5th grade students within the Provo City School District. Held in partnership with Provo City, the program aims to provide students with an experience similar to Camp Big Springs.
The camp is scheduled to take place from June 1–4, 2026. Participants will engage in four days of hands-on activities, which include lunches and swag.
The cost for the program is $150 per student. Registration is currently open and available via the Youth Summer Camp link by searching for STEM Camp (Partnership with Provo School District).
Priority registration during the first week of the process will be given to 5th graders.
Students will participate in STEM experiments led by certified school teachers. These activities will take place in outdoor park spaces, including Big Springs Park, Rock Canyon Park, Delta Gateway Park, and the Provo Recreation Center.
The partnership is intended to create a meaningful experience that combines science, exploration, and outdoor fun.
