The Midvale City Redevelopment Agency announced that vendor applications were open for the 2026 Los Muros on Main: Midvale City Mural Festival. The event was scheduled for Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in the Midvale Main Arts & Culture District.
The festival, now in its fifth year, features more than 45 murals and attracts visitors from across the region. The event invites Utah-based artists, makers, vintage curators, and arts-focused organizations to participate.
Vendor eligibility requirements specified that all merchandise must be handmade or crafted by the vendor, as commercial or mass-produced items were not accepted. Curated vintage items, such as clothing, furniture, accessories, and home decor, were also welcome. While government agencies and arts or cultural organizations were encouraged to apply, food vendors were not accepted for the event.
Mayor Dustin Gettel stated that the festival was a chance for local creatives to shine and for the community to come together. He expressed excitement for welcoming vendors who bring passion and creativity to the experience.
Applications were due by March 30, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., with notifications of acceptance sent via email by April 6, 2026. A $50 refundable deposit was required upon acceptance, with a payment deadline of April 20, 2026.
The festival committee reserved the right to select vendors and booth locations to ensure diversity and minimize overlap. More information was available at EngageMidvale.com/2026-mural-festival.
