The Centerville City Council will hold a public hearing regarding proposed zoning code text amendments, according to a notice published August 27. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Centerville City Hall.
The proposed amendments involve the addition of new Chapter 12.58 Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) Standards. Additionally, the amendments include changes to Section 12.36.020 Table of Uses for Residential Uses.
