The Delta City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., according to a notice posted Sept. 8. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the Delta City Municipal Complex Council Chambers.
The agenda for the meeting includes the approval of minutes from several previous sessions held on Aug. 12, 2026. These include minutes from a public hearing regarding a UTHC zone change request, a public hearing regarding a Sandoval zone change request, and general Planning and Zoning Commission meeting minutes.
Business items for consideration include the Phase 5 Preliminary Plan for the NotchPeak Subdivision by Rob Droubay and the Sandridge Subdivision by Russell and Sandi Greathouse. Additionally, the commission will discuss and consider items brought forward by Chair Tamara Stewart, including exactions, a pioneering agreement, a use table review, and the Planning Commission Rules of Order and Procedure.
Other items on the agenda include a presentation and walkthrough of GovWell by Recorder Sherri Westbrook and a council update from Council Liaison Kelly Carter.
The commission may conduct an electronic meeting to allow a public body member to participate. The public is encouraged to participate in all city meetings.
