Snowbasin Resort announced a summer 2026 lineup that includes the debut of a new lift-served bike park and several returning signature mountain experiences. The resort's seasonal programming, which includes various dining and music events, is scheduled to run on weekends from June 20 through October 11.
New Lift-Served Bike Park
The resort is introducing the Powered by Scott bike park, located off the Littlecat Express. This new lift-served facility features four initial trails designed to accommodate different skill levels, with plans for future expansion. The park includes beginner-friendly trails with mellow terrain, dirt berms, and wooden skill features, as well as intermediate and advanced flow trails that incorporate tabletops and various features throughout the course.
According to the resort, the bike park will be accessible to guests on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Thursdays from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. To celebrate the launch, the resort planned a mountain-bike themed weekend featuring a BBQ on the plaza, vendor pop-ups, and various activations across the property.
Mountain Dining and Trails
Snowbasin is also maintaining its extensive trail network, which consists of more than 20 trails spanning over 26 miles of multi-use paths. These routes, which connect to miles of additional US Forest Service routes, offer a variety of terrain ranging from gentle forested paths to technical downhill runs across 3,000 acres of alpine terrain.
In addition to biking and hiking, the resort is offering several mountain-top dining experiences. Starting June 21, guests can take a scenic gondola ride to Needles Lodge, situated 8,700 feet above sea level, for a Mountain-Top Brunch. This buffet features premium dishes and customizable options at chef-operated stations. Reservations are required for the brunch, and the experience includes access to either the Blues & Brews series or SnowWiesn Oktoberfest depending on the date.
Summer Concert Series
The resort's summer entertainment includes the return of the Blues & Brews concert series. Held every Saturday and Sunday through August 23 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., the series features national and local artists performing at the resort's base area. The event is dog-friendly and features local craft brews and specialty food.
For the 2026 season, Snowbasin has introduced a new collectible beer stein created by Utah's HydroJug. This stein is refillable at a discounted price during all 2026 Blues & Brews and SnowWiesn Oktoberfest events. Premier Pass Holders can access the concerts for free, while other guests can purchase tickets online.
New Dining Experiences
New dining and social experiences are also part of the summer schedule. The Sunset Social, a dining experience featuring live music, a full bar with a custom cocktail menu, and pub-fare, returns every Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., beginning July 2. During these Thursday events, the Powered by Scott bike park will be open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Additionally, the Cinnabar, a popular winter après location, is making its summer debut. The restaurant will offer an elevated gastropub menu and a full-service bar every weekend this summer from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., focusing on shared plates and handcrafted cocktails.
Fall Festivals and Recreation
The resort's seasonal offerings extend into the fall with the return of SnowWiesn Oktoberfest. This German-inspired, dog-friendly festival begins on August 29 and runs through October 18 every Saturday and Sunday. The event features traditional Bavarian cuisine, a mountain market, family-friendly activities, and a rotating lineup of live music.
Other recreational amenities available during the summer include the 18-hole Wildflower Mini-Golf Course located at the base area between the Needles Gondola and the John Paul Express. The course is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays during regular summer operations and is also available for private group bookings.

Ratchford noted that the summer season is filled with various ways for guests to experience the beauty, adventure, and community of the area through the launch of the new bike park and the return of staple traditions.
