The Sunset City Planning Commission scheduled a meeting for September 10, 2026, at Sunset City Hall, according to a public notice.
The meeting was set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at 200 W. 1300 N. Sunset, Utah.
The agenda for the meeting included the approval of minutes from August 13, 2026, and several action items. These items involved land use approval for Vault Gym, located at 2317 N. Main St., and a conditional use permit discussion for Bubble Bath Car Wash at 1689-1691 N. Main St.
Commissioners were also scheduled to discuss and approve recommendations to amend Sunset City Municipal Code, Title 10: Chapter 12. The proposed amendment would include external detached accessory dwelling units. Additionally, the commission was set to discuss amendments to the Form-Based Code regarding requirements for commercial completion prior to residential use in mixed-use districts and other recommended changes.
