The Ballard Planning & Zoning Board scheduled a meeting for Sept. 1, 2026, according to a public notice published Aug. 26. The meeting is set to begin at 6:00 PM at 2381 E 1000 S in Ballard, Utah.
The meeting agenda includes the approval of minutes from Aug. 4, 2026. The board will also address returned agenda items involving conditional use permits for Betts Extension/Big Daddy Pad and Big Daddy Frac Pad, both involving SM Energy and Jason Hill.
New agenda items include a preliminary plat for 968 N 3500 E for Sage and Rebecca McCormick. The board will also discuss a proposed freshwater pond under a conditional use permit involving Crescent Energy and Jeff Crozier, as well as conditional use permit requirements for signage and sound walls.
