Lone Peak High School released information regarding the 2026-27 Sterling Scholar program in a statement published September 14. The program recognizes high school seniors for their pursuit of excellence in scholarship, leadership, and citizenship within the state of Utah.
Developed by the Deseret News and KSL Broadcast Group, the program aims to highlight outstanding seniors through public recognition, cash scholarships, and tuition waivers from participating institutions.
Applications for Lone Peak High School must be submitted online by 1:00 p.m. on October 21. Candidate interviews are scheduled to occur between October 22 and October 30.
