Fountain Green City has issued a notice of intent to sell real property located at approximately 800 West, situated between Center Street and 100 North. The City Council has declared these parcels, identified as #3 and #4, to be surplus and not needed for public use.
The City will consider sealed offers for the purchase of the property in accordance with applicable laws and City policies. Interested parties may submit written offers or inquiries to Fountain Green City at 375 N. State Street.
The city provides meeting information for the City Council, which holds meetings on the third Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. unless notice is given otherwise. Planning and Zoning meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
