CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION
REPORT (CAPER)
In conformance with the requirements of the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, Layton City invites all
interested parties to review the Consolidated Annual Performance and
Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the U.S. Department of Housing and
Urban Development CDBG Program for the Program Year of 2025-
2026.
Layton’s CAPER contains a summary of projected accomplishments
compared to actual performance; the status of actions taken during the year
to implement the strategy defined in Layton’s Five-Year Consolidated Plan
and the 2025 Action Plan; and a Self-Evaluation of progress made during the
last year in addressing identified Priority Needs and Objectives.
A copy of the Report will be available for review at
https://www.laytonecon.org/incentives/cdbg/, under Layton City
Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER),
beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2026 through Wednesday, September 16,
2026, during which the Public Comment Period is active. Comments may be
