Edgemont has released its weekly schedule for April 20 through April 25, detailing a series of academic testing windows and extracurricular activities.
The week begins with first grade Acadience reading testing on Monday, April 20. Other scheduled events for Monday include fifth grade Hope of America practice at 3:20 pm and a STEM Family night committee meeting in the conference room at 3:30 pm.
Testing continues throughout the week with second grade Acadience reading testing scheduled for Tuesday, April 21. Tuesday also features choir practice at 7:30 am.
On Wednesday, April 22, Kindergarten Acadience Math testing will take place. Additionally, students in grades 3 through 6 are scheduled for Math RISE testing between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. This Math RISE testing window continues on Thursday, April 23.
Friday, April 24, includes Math RISE testing make ups for grades 3 through 6 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The school day will end at 1:30 pm on this day.
Looking ahead, Edgemont has several upcoming events scheduled for late April and early May. These include the Edgemont Art Show on April 27 at 6:00 pm and various science testing windows for grades 4 through 6 starting April 29.
Other future dates include a fifth grade Hope of America dress rehearsal at the Marriott center on May 4, as well as an Edgemont STEM family night scheduled for the evening of May 4.
