PROVO, Utah (ABC4) — A Fourth District Court judge has resigned from his position, expressing serious concerns over the caseload Utah judges are facing. Judge Kasey L. Wright was appointed to the Fourth District Court, which serves Juab, Millard, Utah, and Wasatch counties, in October 2024.
