Switchpoint Red Hills in St. George is expanding its capacity to provide deeply affordable housing. According to information from the organization, the location broke ground on Phase 2 in March 2025 to provide more space for residents.
The location originally opened in 2022 with 50 units of deeply affordable housing. Upon the completion of renovations, the site is expected to feature 110 deeply affordable housing units.
In addition to housing, the facility provides several services including computer rooms, medication rooms, and client support.
