NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SEPTEMBER 17, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a
Public Hearing on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a
proposal to rezone 1.5 acres of property from “R-1-6” (Single Family
Residential) and “R-S” (Residential Suburban) to “R-2” (Single and Two
Family Residential) to accommodate facility expansion request. The property is
located at approximately 1242 East Pheasant View Drive.
The hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
Public comments are welcomed.
